Returns & Exchanges
ClearXbox.com offers a 60 day* warranty against manufacturer defects on ALL its products. If your product becomes defective, your can return the merchandise within 60 days of purchase and we will issue you an exchange. In the event the merchandise cannot be replaced, a refund or store credit will be issued. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Defective merchandise may be replaced with refurbished merchandise.

Product(s) must be returned with all original packaging, manuals and accessories in good condition. Any product that has been physically altered or tampered, in any way, is ineligible for a refund or replacement. All returns must be received within the 30-day or 60-day period in order to be processed. Late or incomplete returns may be subject to refusal. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with returning the merchandise. ClearXbox.com is not responsible for lost or damaged mail when returning merchandise. ClearXbox.com is not responsible for damage caused to persons or property from the use or misuse of any product it sells.
